CHANGING TERMS TO 4 YEARS

By extending them to 4, we would bring them more in line with average term lengths. Good policy can take time to implement. This small change in term length will empower the City Council to take the time necessary to fully vet and implement sound policy.

SYNCHRONIZING ELECTIONS
